Remember to eat your biggest meal at lunchtime Avoid eating after 6 pm Fill out the food diary as you go Take your herbs as per the prescription supplied Move your body for at least 30 minutes each day Do your measurements at the beginning of the program (chest, waist, arms, hips, thighs) Take photos of your face (a headshot will work), your full body, front and on the side, to document where you started the program. Take the same set of photos at the end of the program Take note on how you feel and any physical changes in the body throughout the program Come to the weekly coaching calls Post your questions in the community and encourage the rest of the community.
