DURING THE PROGRAM

  • Remember to eat your biggest meal at lunchtime
  • Avoid eating after 6 pm
  • Fill out the food diary as you go
  • Take your herbs as per the prescription supplied
  • Move your body for at least 30 minutes each day
  • Do your measurements at the beginning of the program (chest, waist, arms, hips, thighs)
  • Take photos of your face (a headshot will work), your full body, front and on the side, to document where you started the program.
  • Take the same set of photos at the end of the program
  • Take note on how you feel and any physical changes in the body throughout the program
  • Come to the weekly coaching calls
  • Post your questions in the community and encourage the rest of the community.
