Welcome to Day 7

Congratulations – today you will have re-set your metabolism. 

Did you know one in three adults aren’t getting enough sleep?  This not only leaves you feeling grumpy and not functioning at your best, but regular poor sleep also puts you at risk of serious medical conditions like obesity, heart disease and diabetes.
We really encourage you to get more rest in the next 10 days as we start the detox formulas so you can get the most out of this process.

In today’s video we talk more about why we take meat out of the intensive phase and only eat a vegetarian diet. Meat is of kapha quality and that means it is heavy and sweet. While eating meat, your body can’t clear the colon effectively and we now know that meat is linked to chronic disease like cardiovascular conditions, colon cancer and tumors.

The less meat you eat, the better chance your body has to digest it’s food. Meat ferments in the gut and gives the body an environment for bacteria and mucus to build up, giving rise to conditions such as those mentioned above.
