Get set up to win

  • Add the coaching calls to your calendar
  • Review the document on what foods to enjoy and avoid
  • Print out the recipes and follow the meal plans
  • Shop for the ingredients you will use in case you are not following the meal plan as written
  • Complete all your testing – (Health Dynamics Test, Health Spectrum Test, Vikruti Test and Toxicity Test)
  • Share your test results in the Facebook group if you like.
  • Take photos of your face (a headshot will work), your full body, front and on the side, to document where you started the program.
  • Look at the supplies tab in your portal to see if there are any products that are hard to find and pre-order them for your program
