Ayurvedic Marma Point Massage

Marma Point massage helps to relieve stress and common ailments, using warm medicated oils with different strokes. This helps to unblock stagnation at vital points, and address stiffness and knots.

Ayurvedic Marma Point Massage is a type of massage that is based on Ayurvedic principles and focuses on Marma points, vital energy points located throughout the body. In Ayurveda, Marma points are considered to be areas where the physical and energetic bodies intersect.

During a Marma Point Massage, the practitioner uses a combination of massage techniques, essential oils, and pressure to stimulate and balance the Marma points. The massage can be performed on the whole body or on specific areas that need attention.
