Heart Dhara

The Heart Dhara is a deeply nourishing treatment that is good for heart/circulatory conditions, underlying emotional troubles, anxiety issues and panic attacks as well as stabilise the mind and emotions. A dough ring is placed over the chest and a warm herbal decoction with medicated oils is continuously poured into it.

Pre-Treatment Advice:

Do not eat 1.5-2 hours before treatment

Drink 5-10 glasses of warm water 

It is advised to not to have a shower for at least an 2- 4 hours to gain the full benefits of the treatment, Avoid hot shower 

Avoid going to beach and extreme weather conditions
