Do your measurements at the beginning of the program (chest, waist, arms, hips, thighs)
Take photos of your face (a headshot will work), your full body, front and on the side, to document where you started the program.
Take the same set of photos at the end of the program
Take note on how you feel and any physical changes in the body throughout the program
Come to the weekly coaching calls
Post your questions in the community and encourage the rest of the community.
