Here are 7 powerful mid-year reset tips to get your health back on track:
1. Recommit to Your Morning Routine
Your morning sets the tone for the rest of your day. Start with warm lemon ginger honey tea (SEE BELOW reset your gut), 10 mins of movement, and 3 deep breaths of intention. Your nervous system will thank you.
2. Eat Light at Night
Your digestion naturally slows down in the evening. Swap heavy dinners for warm soups, kitchari, or lightly steamed veg. You’ll sleep better and wake up clearer.
