Health Dynamics Retreat Countdown Checklist

1. Packing List

  • Access full packing list

  • Include colourful clothes, light beige outfit, all-white attire for the celebration

  • Bring a small $15–$30 gift for the Giving Activity

  • Comfortable walking shoes

  • Personal essentials (passport copy, visa copy, medications)


2. Pre-Retreat Preparation

  • Complete Two-Minute Toxicity Test

  • Complete your Intake Form

  • Start Phase 1 Detox Diet

  • Begin 1-Month Pre-Retreat Prescription (main retreat herbs provided on arrival)

  • Drink CCF Tea (Coriander, Cumin, Fennel)


3. Pre-Retreat Adventure (Optional 3-Day India Adventure)

  • Departure: 8:00 AM – Friday, 1st November (Moxy Hotel Bengaluru)

  • Arrive by 7:45 AM

  • Pack backpack with essentials: passport, phone, sunscreen, hat, water bottle, mosquito spray

  • Accommodation:

    • 1 Nov – Ibis Mysore

    • 2 Nov – Secret Ivory, Masinagudi

    • 3 Nov – Ayurveda Loka

  • Travel tips: bottled water and mosquito spray available; expect walking

  • Watch: The Elephant Whisperers (optional)

  • Keep paper copy of passport & visa


4. Visa Requirements

  • Apply for India e-Visa early

  • Complete your e-Arrival Card within 72 hours before arrival

  • Keep printed copies of:

    • Passport

    • e-Visa

5. Flights & Logistics

  • Send flight details to: [email protected]

  • Retreat accommodation: Ayurveda Loka (4 – 11 November)

  • Includes: meals, yoga, meditation, daily treatments

  • Extras to be paid at checkout

  • Departure from retreat: Monday 11th November (7–8 AM)


6. Groups & Community

  • Join the Retreat Facebook Group

  • Join the WhatsApp group

  • Attend or watch the Retreat Orientation Call


7. Money & Essentials

  • Bring some cash (a few hundred dollars recommended)

  • ATMs available in most towns

  • Keep paper copies of important documents
