Packing list
Packing your bags for a transformative Health Dynamics retreat is an essential first step toward a seriously life-changing experience.
You will need to pack the normal clothes/items required when you go away but below are the essentials you don’t want to forget.
- Activewear to suit planned activities. You’ll be doing yoga, meditation and relaxing a lot. Bring what you feel comfortable in. Loose tops will also take packing priority. You will also need some gym gear for walking if you are active in the morning before yoga – with some trainers.
- A wrap or throw if you get cold easily for when you are doing meditation.
- Sunscreen and mosquito repellant.
- Cover-ups. A couple of cotton cover-ups will work for wearing around the resort when not taking part in activities. Also, there may be temple or village visits, we recommend modest and respectful clothing for these activities. (No shorts, preferably long pants and shirts).
- Hats and sunglasses.
- Flat shoes, sandals or slippers, sneakers
- An Indian power adaptor and your chargers.
- Comfortable backpack.
- Neck pillow for travel.
- Clothes to wear in the evening for dinner once the day is done.
- The farewell dinner is ‘All White’ dress themed to celebrate your cleanse
- There is a night where we would like you to wear beige clothing
- One of the nights will be a cultural evening, and we’d like you to dress colourfully
- Bring your passport, It may sound crazy, but some forget to pack it.
- A copy of your Indian Visa
- Journal – While you have time, you may want to write your thoughts on paper at the retreat – this is
an excellent way to emotionally let things go. You may have thoughts and/or inspiring insights. - Water Bottle. Hydration is the key and packing a reusable water bottle will do both your body and
the environment some good. There is also bottled refill water available at the resort. - Your normal prescription herbs and personal medications.
- An open mind. This may not take up any physical space in your luggage, but it is an important thing to bring with you on a health retreat escape.
